&Tradition by Anderssen & Voll Black Oak AV1 Pavilion Stacking Dining Chairs, Set of 2
The commission for the collection was for a mass seating design for the multi-purpose venue Langelinie Pavilion in Copenhagen which was rebuilt in 1958 after being destroyed in the war. The architects’ Eva and Niels Koppel’s new design was an homage to modernism.
The lightweight chairs are constructed from a black tubular steel frame with a curved seat and backrest in black lacquered oak veneer.
The AV1 design has no arms and can be stacked, making them highly practical.
The AV1 chairs can be stacked away when not in use making them a fantastic seating solution for any contemporary living space.
